This hotel is right down the street approx. 1/4mi. on the right from the Hampton Inn.
April 17 is from 7 til 11pm and May 2 is from 1 til 5pm.

Trade til You Fade- 2009 Schedule
Hello Everyone!! Well we are getting ever closer to our big event so I thought it was about time I posted our schedule!
Proposed Schedule of Weekend Activities
Friday, 7PM-9PM Registration • Sign in: goodie bags for Travel Dreams guests • Make a name tag • Pick up a schedule • Start trading 9PM Games (if anyone is interested) 7PM-? Conference room • Stays open all night long for pin trading
Saturday, 9 AM-11PM Pin Trading & Hourly Raffles 12:00 -3:00 Play Games for prizes 4:00 to 5:00 Tricky Tray- Disney Gift Raffle • Buy tickets • Take a chance to win Disney Goodies 5:00 - 7:00 Dinner Break • Official activities will shut down to encourage you to break for food • The front desk has info on local dining options • OR visit Ruby Tuesday directly across the street! (Have a sit-down meal or visit their take-out window and eat in the hotel dining area!) 7:00 - 11:00 More pin trading in conference room & board room Games in the dining area • "Let's Make a Steal" • Pin Bag Scavenger Hunt 11pm - ? 9:30PM Pin Bag Scavenger Hunt for prizes Teams of 5 players go on a scavenger hunt through their pin bags to find pins that John will ask for
Saturday & Sunday Mornings The hotel staff serves continental breakfast in the dining area for guests who are staying overnight in the hotel. This area is not available to CJDPT for trading until after the staff has cleared breakfast service and has released the space to John for our use. Please cooperate with this request to keep the dining area open for breakfast and clean-up until John sounds the "all clear."
Saturday Evening Scheduled CJDPT activities close between 5 & 7 for the dinner break. Pin traders who desire to continue trading through dinner should move into the conference room or board room at 5. At this time, the dining area is designated for guests who are eating in. After 7, the dining area becomes our game area for the Steal Game and Pin Bag Scavenger Hunt. Your cooperation will be appreciated!

Even though it was never announced on Disneypins.com, there was a special limited edition pin released to coincide with the Toy Story Midway Mania passholder attraction previews starting yesterday 10 May at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
This pin is limited to 2000 and is retailing at $8.95. This pin is only being sold to Walt Disney World Annual Passholders and is available at the Sorcerer’s Hat inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios.(1st reported by WDWNT)
